Scot Sikes is a retired U.S. Army Lieutenant Colonel (JAG) and a recognized Georgia trial lawyer. He has been licensed to practice law in Georgia since November 1999.
Over more than 30 years of military service across all three Army components (Army National Guard, Active Duty, and U.S. Army Reserve), Mr. Sikes served as an enlisted National Guardsman and as a commissioned officer on active duty in the Military Police Corps as a Platoon Leader, S-1/Adjutant, and Company Commander. He later served as a Judge Advocate in roles including Tort Claims Attorney, Administrative Law attorney, Trial Counsel, Trial Defense Counsel, Senior Defense Counsel, and Legal Team Leader.
